Job Purpose

This is a position for the Operational Excellence team in Brazil intern to liaise with the UWL do Brazil office and UWL Inc. office. This person will be responsible for assisting the operational team, supporting shipments and contributing to provid the customers with better solution for their logistical needs, aiming for customer satisfaction and services agility for UWL, Inc.

Duties and Responsibilities

·       Input operational data in to CargoWise

·       Assist searching for booking updates, requesting it to carriers if applicable

·       Track the cargo from its origin to its destination

·       Assist other team members when workload is low, in order to increase knowledge of the department

Education

 Enrolled in an Undergraduate course in fields related to Foreign Trade, Logistics or International Relations.
